The Industry Cost Efficiency (ICE) is now fully set up as an OPTS subcommittee bringing the total number of OPTS Subcommittees to 15.
The main mandate of the subcommittee is to act as overall sponsor of the Industry Cost Efficiency (ICE) program by providing steer on initiatives, setting clearly defined annual targets, communicating status and impact of initiatives to MDs, with ultimate mandate to ‘’put money on the table’’.
The subcommittee will operate like other subcommittees once it is properly established, with representation from other interested OPTS member companies.
OPTS looks forward to improved performance, cost savings, cost reduction and overall industry efficiency as the subcommittee gets fully established.
