During his tenure, Paul;
Led the development of the OPTS advocacy framework
Delivered on collecting 1.9million USD from defaulting OPTS member companies
Navigated the PIB process to retain value of over 2million USD for the industry
The OPTS increased in membership from 28 to 30 members
Provided a best in class office accommodation for the OPTS secretariat staff
