MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA

Associate

Description:

To become an Associate member, prospective applicants must be:

Details:
  • a private company incorporated in Nigeria;
  • a member of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry;
  • at least a registered holder and/or designated operator of an OPL or an OML;
  • an equity owner in a venture actively producing crude oil or natural gas in Nigeria or pursuing an exploration or development programme for a minimum six month prior to the date of application and
  • directly responsible for the day-to-day management of its petroleum operations

Producer

Description:

To become a Producer member, prospective applicants must :

  • Meet all the conditions for Associate Member status;
  • Be the designated operator of an OPL or OML which is actively producing crude oil or natural gas and has been doing so for a period of six months or more prior to the date of application.
